Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, post misleading information, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aswaq acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of any vehicles listed. All transactions are between the buyer and seller.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
